Memories Aicha is a luxurious camp located in Wadi Rum between beautiful mountains in the desert. The camp consists of 40 luxurious tents - some made of canvas and others called panoramic dome tents boasting transparent walls on one side. Domes allow guests to enjoy the mountain views and the sky comfortably from their beds. All tents come with AC, heating, and toiletries made from Dead Sea mud. The rooms are luxurious and well-appointed with oriental furnishings, ornate wooden furniture, lush fabrics, and drapes hanging from the ceiling in shades of red, yellow, and orange.
The restaurant is carved in a huge cliff that is located behind the camp and has a much larger dome that is elegantly furnished with colorful rugs and traditional decor. A typical Bedouin dish called the Zarb is on the menu. It is cooked underground in a deep pit and is a mix of either lamb, goat, or chicken with a variety of vegetables. Bedouin barbecues are also popular; they are cooked over an open fire and served on the terrace. Middle Eastern staples include lamb, nuts, and fruit as well. Additionally, the restaurant uses fresh, local ingredients to offer a variety of other dishes to suit all tastes. There is no alcohol at the camp, but you can bring your own. There is live music at the terrace.
