Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the deposit. Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to departure, we will retain 30% of the total booking cost. Cancellations received between 14 and 8 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations received within 7 days of departure, 100% of the package price is non-refundable. Price is exclusive of domestic and international airfare and flights, meals not listed in itinerary, ski gear other than what is mentioned, visa fees, ski lessons, beverages, personal expenses, optional tours, gratuities, early check-in and check-out at hotels, luggage handling, travel insurance.
