NOPSI Hotel is a 1920s-era building re-imagined as a 217-room hotel featuring 76 suites. Classically designed, each guest room features refined furnishings inspired by the building's history, local artwork and the technology demanded by today’s discerning traveler. Guestrooms will provide a variety of flexible room types, ranging in size from 350 to 800 square feet. Guest bathrooms will incorporate a soothing spa-like tile design and will offer the largest, most luxurious shower in the city.

Standard King

NOPSI features 48 Standard King bedded accommodations ranging up to 374 square feet. These guestrooms deliver a high level of luxury with refined furnishings and accessories inspired by the building's industrial history. Seating for two is available in the guestroom in order to enjoy the hotel's 24 hour in-room dining service. The guest bathrooms stands out due to its large subway-tiled shower and sleek vanities which include an enhanced makeup mirror.
Deluxe King

NOPSI boasts 65 Deluxe King bedded accommodations of up to 498 square feet. These guestrooms deliver a high level of luxury with refined furnishings and accessories inspired by the building's industrial history. Seating for two along with a comfortable lounge chair is available in the guestroom in order to enjoy the hotel's 24 hour in-room dining service. The guest bathroom stands out due to its very large subway-tiled shower and sleek vanities which include an enhanced makeup mirror.
Junior Suite

Our 36 Junior Suites offer those guests desiring larger than standard accommodations with up to 642 square feet of space. Eight of these suites include a King bed while 28 offer double queen beds enabling sleeping accommodations up to a maximum of four guests. The Junior Suites include a seating area with two chairs and a table in order to enjoy 24 hour in-room dining service.
Deluxe Suite

For those desiring a residential feel to their stay at NOPSI, the hotel offers 35 Deluxe Suites ranging in size up to 804 square feet. These luxurious king-bedded accommodations include a separate living room parlor which include a large sofa, lounge chair and large screen television to relax after a long day.
Spa Suite

Total relaxation lives on the hotel's ninth floor rooftop where four Spa Suites of up to 642 square feet each offer guests all of the amenities needed for a full spa experience. Three of these suites include double queen beds while one includes an ADA equipped King bedded accommodation. The Spa Suites offer a spacious terrace to enjoy sweeping views of the Mercedes Benz Superdome and downtown CBD. The ninth floor is also home to the hotel's rooftop bar, pool and fitness facility.

NOPSI’s lively and signature restaurant, Public Service, will be located off the lobby but will also have a separate entrance from Baronne Street. An ever-changing menu will offer classic Gulf Coast seafood, a raw bar, creative food presentations, hand-tossed flatbread and an extensive array of craft, draft and bottled beer. Guests will enjoy a vibrant atmosphere along with a variety of seating options designed to develop a congenial space. A chef’s counter featuring eight stools will overlook an open kitchen. The restaurant will feature communal tables, leather banquettes and an upstairs private dining room.
Henry's Gin Bar

The hotel's classic lobby featuring its iconic vaulted ceilings are the backdrop for an enjoyable all-day dining and afternoon cocktail experience in Henry's Gin Bar. New Orleans' claim as the originator of the cocktail comes to life in Henry's Gin Bar through its hand-crafted libations infused with house-made simple syrups. As a complement to your beverage experience, sample a taste of Louisiana through "small plates" highlighted by the freshest of ingredients available seasonally in the area.

Located just off the Lobby, NOPSI's courtyard patio is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, an afternoon glass of wine, or bar fare and drinks for an after-work meet up with friends. Here, you will relax and take in "life as a local" in lush surroundings with wrought iron accents and a soothing fountain reminiscent of a quiet hideaway deep in the French Quarter

NOPSI's dynamic rooftop pool will offer a year round hotspot for hotel guests, visitors and locals alike with a unique view of the city’s skyline. By day, the pool will be a peaceful oasis for hotel guests to enjoy the city skyline and indulgent service in their own private cabana while savoring chilled drinks and creative, healthy fare. After 5 p.m., the energy level increases and the bar will transform into one of New Orleans’ most exclusive establishments providing the backdrop for the coolest scene in the city.

Directions

When exiting the airport, stay in the middle lane and follow the signs for I-10 East towards New Orleans. Keep left onto Airport Road for 2 miles and merge onto I-10 East. Travel 10 miles along 1-10 East, following the fork to the right. Stay in the left lane to exit Poydras Street/234B on the left. Continue on Poydras street one half mile and turn right on O’Keefe. Travel 3 blocks and make a right on Gravier Street and then the next right onto Baronne. The hotel will be on your right.
