Our Deluxe Rooms offer a spacious sanctuary for your vacation in Venice with light tones, elegant fabrics and architectural details that recall classic Venetian style. You’ll find a sumptuous double bed, Italian marble bathroom, a comfortable seating area, and many also offer wonderful canal views. 215 square feet.
Junior Suite

Our spacious Junior suites are decorated in an elegant Venetian style and many offer spectacular views of the canal. Each Junior suite features a luxurious double or queen size bed, a marble bathroom and a spacious sitting area for work or relaxation. 269 square feet.
Grand Suite

Located in a typical Venetian – style building annexed to the hotel, the Grand Suites offer maximum comfort, surrounded by rich pleated fabrics, elegant velvet and masterpieces of the ancient glassmaking tradition of Murano. They are the combination of two Splendid Heritage Suites for a total of 90smq. Among the exclusive services that the suites offer are: private in-room check-in, prestigious Acqua di Parma bathroom amenities and welcome gift.
Splendid Heritage Suite

All suites are completed with valuable antiquities, exquisite fabrics and choice of materials. Surrounded by sophisticated luxury and state-of-the-art comfort topped off by our hotel’s personal touch. They are located in the Historical Palace a separate annex built in classical style . These historical suites reflect the desire for the utmost privacy and the ultimate in state-of-the-art comfort. The suites can be individually combined to give the exclusive use of the entire third floor of the Palace.
Presidential suite

With its double private terrace and unparalleled view of the Campanile and the roofs and terraces of Venice, the Presidential Suite offers a truly unforgettable experience. Exquisitely furnished with an eye for the comfort and distinctive style for which the Splendid Venice is known, it comprises one bedroom with double closet, two sitting rooms with bookshelves, and two bathrooms with separate shower and tub plus a full selection of luxury toiletries. Butler service and late checkout are available upon request.
