• Superior Room

  At 280 to 325-square-feet, Superior Rooms represent the core of the hotel, offering a nod to classic design reimagined through contemporary furnishings. 
  
  Nine-foot ceilings featuring crown molding greet guests, leading them to the the plush pillow top bed framed by an original drip painting headboard. 
  
  Across the room, a sleek 49-inch LED flat screen television provides in-room entertainment.  Ample power outlets and wireless internet ensure seamless connectivity. Artistic accents include a standing mirror and marble top credenza set atop glen plaid patterned carpets.
  
  Superior Guest rooms have limited views with windows facing the interior of THE US GRANT.  Bathrooms feature a glass-enclosed shower, plush robe and slippers. 
• Deluxe Room

  The 300 to 355-square-foot Deluxe Rooms provide an urban oasis amidst the energy of the city. Set in preferred locations within the hotel, the Deluxe Rooms’ residential entry leads from dark wood flooring to plush, blue accented carpeting where pillow-top Luxury Collection bedding entices guests with a night of renowned repose.

  Custom crown molding throughout the guest room draws attention to the nine-foot ceilings and frames the centerpiece of the room, a custom drip painting canvas headboard by artist Yves Clement. Bathrooms feature a glass-enclosed shower, plush robe and slippers.

• Grand Deluxe Room

  Ideally located in preferred areas within the hotel, our oversized Grand Deluxe Rooms offer an enhanced experience.  Entering into the 380 to 420-square-foot accommodation, guests are greeted by custom furnishings, including accent chairs and a marble top credenza, set atop regal, glen plaid pattered carpets, plush to the touch.

  The pillow top Luxury Collection bed beckons, framed by a drip-painting headboard by artist Yves Clement.   Across the room, a mounted LED television provides entertainment. The bathroom evokes serenity featuring a glass-enclosed shower, plush robe and slippers.

• Legacy Suite

  Entering into 375 to 475-square-foot Legacy Suites, guests benefit from an open studio suite layout with partially separated bedroom and living area, offering additional space for business or leisure.

  In the living area, chic furniture for seating is accented by contemporary side tables and ample lighting.  Moving into the bedroom, a pillow top Luxury Collection King bed invites guests to unwind. Behind the bed, an original drip-painting headboard by Yves Clement adds to the Suite’s artistic accents. 

• Landmark Suite

  Each uniquely designed one-bedroom Landmark Suites offers an incomparable experience in Presidential inspired style.  Ranging from 375 to 500-square-feet of space, the suites comprises of a separate living area and King bedroom.  

  For an enhanced one-bedroom suite experience, upgrade your stay to the 600-675 sq. ft. Grant Suites or the one-of-a-kind, ADA-compliant 778 sq. ft. Ulysses Suite located on the top floor and featuring all of the amenities of the Landmark Suite plus two full baths and a dining area. 

• Signature Suite

  Offering a sophisticated, self-contained stay, our 770-square-foot Signature Suites are a top choice of discerning guests. Comprising sleeping, living, and dining areas (with a table for four), they offer an open and inviting floor plan, steeped in regal style. 

  Meanwhile, the spacious Signature Suite bathroom features an impressive 10-foot by 10-foot walk-in marble shower, which is equipped with six showerheads for an unrivaled experience. 

• Presidential Bi-Level Suite

  Covering two floors and 1,300-square-feet, our Bi-Level Presidential Suites offer an unrivaled experience for all who enter. The space now occupied by the pair of suites historically served as the hotel’s original grand ballroom.
  
  A world within the elegant US GRANT world, find residence in the 9th floor living and dining area, complete with a table for six and butler’s pantry, and escape to the adjacent balcony to capture sweeping views of the city and bay.   Reserving the optional Superior King connecting guest room on the 9th Floor enahnces the one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath Presidential Suite to create an all-encompassing two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath residence.
   
• Penthouse Presidential Suite

  Originally a part of the hotel’s 1930’s radio station exhibiting the tallest radio towers to the west of the Mississippi, the 1,300 square-foot Penthouse suite embodies the hotel’s past and present.
  
  With its top floor location, the Penthouse Suite features stunning views of the surrounding cityscape with views to the San Diego Bay from every room. The open, residential floor plan comprises a spacious living area with adjoining dining room and marble topped bar.

• Grand Deluxe with Tub

• Ulysses Suite

  The ADA-compliant Ulysses Suite sits atop the 11th floor, which historically was added to the hotel in the 1930’s as a radio station.

• Senator Suite

  Just beyond the Presidential Ballroom Foyer, the Senator Suites provide a personal retreat in the center of the action.
