  This tranquil two-bedroom cottage suite showcases beautiful views of the lagoon and avian sanctuary from the light, bright sun-porch. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, with an expansive bath highlighted by a soaking tub, oversized steam shower and a generous dual vanity. The guest bedroom, also with a king bed, is located next to the second bathroom which features a walk-in shower and marble vanity. With over 2,500 square feet of relaxing living space, including a luxuriously appointed living room with a marble wrapped fireplace, dining room with table seating for six, and surround-sound audio system and a wet bar with refrigerator, the Magnolia Suite is the ideal suite for entertaining in style. This suite can also be combined with the adjoining cottage to create our only 3 bedroom suite.

  Anchored in Palmetto Bluff’s Wilson Village, Montage Residence 1035 features 3,522 total square feet comprising three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, an expansive covered rear porch and sweeping views of the river just outside the front door.

  Traditional furnishings and a timeless palette of blues and neutrals create an elegant yet casual atmosphere, with ample space for owners, family and guests. The master bedroom—featuring a private screened porch—is connected to a spacious master bath with dual vanity that opens up to an outdoor shower and two walk-in closets. The two additional bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with white marble-topped vanities; while the powder room adjacent to the foyer and entry hall features classic white porcelain. Also located near the entry hall, the laundry room front-loading washer and dryer.

  Facing sweeping views of the lagoon waterway, this residence offers breezy afternoons on an expansive screened porch or memorable evenings by the fire pit. The 5 bedroom, 5,167-square-foot home features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms in the main house as well as a carriage house bedroom with full bath that is separate from the main residence. Two of the bedrooms in the residence share a Jack and Jill bathroom and the additional guest bedroom has its own bathroom. The master suite—with a dual vanity, his-and-hers closet, soaking tub and separate shower—features its own private screened porch and an outdoor shower.

  A well-appointed kitchen opens up to the dining room and great room, all bathed in natural light and with access to an expansive rear porch.
