The first floor, a luxurious bedroom and bathroom with a separate walk-in dressing room and a luggage storage room. On the second floor, a roof terrace with chimney, bar and relaxing bassin.
• Privilege Two Bedroom Riad

  A luxurious riad of 4,628 sqf. split into three levels. The lower level features a spacious patio with a living room and separate dining room for 8 persons, a Moroccan lounge, kitchen and guest wash room. The first floor has two separate bedrooms, each one has its own bathroom with separate walk-in shower and dressing room, a luggage storage room and a TV lounge. • Prestige Three Bedroom Riad

  The Prestige three-bedroom riad, a combination of space, tradition and luxury, is 8,072 sqf. split into three levels. The lower level features a spacious patio around a fountain with a library, Moroccan lounge, living room and separate dining room for 12 persons, a kitchen, luggage storage room and guest wash room. The interior elevator will take you to your bedrooms and roof terrace. The first floor, three separate bedrooms, each one has its own bathroom with separate walk-in shower and dressing room, a luggage storage room and TV lounge. On the roof terrace hamman, spacious dining area and living area, bar, bathroom and relaxing bassin.
• Grand Riad

  A hotel within the hotel. A private entrance takes you to the riad of 21,520 sqf. surrounded by a flowering private garden, fountains, and trees.Inside the riad, a patio guides you to different areas on the lower level: study room, library, dining room, Moroccan lounge, bar, a professional kitchen where meals can easily be organized with a service room, luggage storage room, guest dressing, watch man room and spacious living room overlooking the private swimming pool in the garden. With an interior wrought iron elevator, you can access your private accommodations of three bedrooms on the first floor as well as the roof terrace: The master bedroom overlooks the pool. Each bedroom has its respective luxurious bathroom and dressing room. A ‘boudoir’ adjacent to the master bedroom is also at your disposal and could be converted as a bedroom; it features its private bathroom and dressing. The roof terrace is on two levels and has an exceptional view over the Medina, the Atlas Mountains and the famous Koutoubia. The terrace features its own gymnasium, hammam, home cinema, relaxation room, dining area and separate living area, bar, bathroom and swimming pool with water current. Private staffs will be at the disposal of the guests; butlers, cook, housekeepers, watch man. The riad can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
