Pendry Park City is a residential style hotel offering studio suites and one – four-bedroom residences. Our residences have a variety of bedding configurations to accommodate groups of all sizes and variations. The residences are all part of the same designer package and have consistent décor and finishes. We will also have a small amount of King and Double Queen guest rooms to offer single travelers or couples.

Spacious and elegant, our inspired guest rooms provide striking views of the Utah landscape and surrounding resort, featuring luxury bedding and custom amenities throughout. Contemporary design and nature-inspired elements offer a signature style that promotes ultimate comfort, including luxury bedding, a Bluetooth speaker and custom bath amenities. We pose a total of 153 guest rooms, rendering a combination of residences, studios, suites ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms: and standard king and double-sized bedrooms.

Our room types are offered in three different view categories:

Resort View has views of our courtyard, the resort, or the Canyons Village.
Vista View offers a village view, with partial mountain views (very active view)
Peak View is the premier, over the village view and offers panoramic mountains and surrounding area view, (our most breathtaking view)

Keeping kids happy, one smile at a time. Pinwheel is Pendry's signature kids club where all-day activities are designed to inspire, engage and entertain kids from ages 5-12. A dedicated kids' zone is brought to life by experienced and passionate social coordinators who make every day an adventure to remember. Pinwheel activities are offered each day of the week in half-day and full-day sessions, plus our special Kid's Night Out program on Friday and Saturday evenings. Reservations required in advance.

IRD’s menu is based off both KITA and Après Pendry’s menu as all three outlets will share a kitchen. In room dining will boast American style breakfasts in the morning beginning at 6am to 11am, with All Day Dining offered in-residence beginning at 11am, serving until 10pm. IRD services will be available 24/7 for the in-house guests, serving a late-night menu from 10pm to 6am. IRD orders are expected to be delivered within 30 minutes of ordering unless otherwise communicated to the guest.
APRÈS Pendry (Lobby Lounge & Bar)

Elevating the art of après. Après Pendry is a centrally located lobby lounge and bar where a European-inspired take on mountainside socializing comes alive. Come for handcrafted coffee and cocktails, an array of beer & wine, shareable comfort food, and a cozy, yet contemporary slope-side setting with indoor and outdoor seating, roaring fireplace, live music and a bustling bar. KITA

Japanese for “north”, KITA is a Japanese grill style restaurant set in a stunning, modern space that welcomes guests with indoor, al fresco and sushi bar seating.
