Baths Trip on Virgin Gorda. Combine hiking and snorkelling through world famous rock formations at The Baths National Park on Virgin Gorda. We can arrange for guests to visit the BVIs' most famous attraction featuring granite boulders the size of houses which form a series of caves and grottos perfect for an adventure above and below the water. An extra charge will apply

Kite Surfing

Kite surfing, also known as kite boarding, is a high adrenaline extreme sport. For an additional cost we can organize for an instructor to teach the rudiments of the sport in a controlled, safe environment. The first stage is simply mastering to fly a kite on the beach, and then you can move into the water for some serious fun. We can also arrange advanced tuition for anyone already riding. This is definitely one of the most exhilarating sports in the world and is open to almost all ages and sizes.

Active Sport

<ul><li>Team sports - If your group wants to show off their competitive side, we can organize team games including basketball, 5-a-side football, beach volleyball, water volley and beach cricket.</li><li>Treasure Hunts and Beach Olympics - These group activities are a great way to get everyone involved and can be adapted to suit all ages, particularly if there are children in your party, or adults who refuse to grow up.</li></ul>

Biking

We have mountain bikes for guests to use and a series of trails to suggest, both on Moskito Island and off. For even more of a challenge try the coral beds on Anegada Island or the steep rolling hills on Virgin Tortola. If you are travelling off island a charge will apply for this activity.

Gym

If your intention is to work out and get stronger, the Moskito Island gym is the place to start. We have organic yoga mats, fitness balls, a TRX system and all the usual fitness machines including a treadmill, Peloton bike, rowing machine and upright bike.

Kayaking

A number of kayaks and paddles are stored at the Watersports Pavilion and are available for guest use. Life jackets are required at all times regardless of how skilled you may be and we have sizes appropriate for all ages.

Paddle Boarding

Stand-Up-Paddle boarding (SUP). The latest water sport to take the world by storm is paddle boarding! SUP allows riders of all ages to get on the water in any climate or location. Start on your knees to master the paddling technique and within minutes you'll be able to stand up like a surfer on flat water exercising your core and improving balance. Once you've mastered your skills on the flat water it's fun to try it in the surf!

We have a fleet of Hobie Cats located on the main beach and our team can offer beginner to advanced sailing instruction. Alternatively, if guests want to lie back and simply enjoy the exhilaration of being on the water, we can take them for a cruise around the area.

Scuba Diving

The British Virgin Islands have a number of fantastic dive sites, from reefs and wrecks to night dives - we can arrange something to suit you. If you are already PADI qualified we can arrange a number of excursions or if you'd like to get qualified, instruction can be arranged on island however an additional charge would apply.

Snorkeling

There are masks, snorkels and fins provided. All of our beaches offer excellent snorkeling depending on weather conditions; however, Manchineel Beach has a sandy and safe launching point and the northern side of the island has a field of coral pods and varying depths. For groups over 4 people, or for guests wanting to venture further afield we can prepare our boats with all equipment, towels and a cooler and take you off to explore other underwater locations (an extra charge will apply).

Tennis Courts

We have two floodlit Astroturf tennis courts located by the Beach House. Both courts have beginner and advanced rackets available along with ball baskets in the Tennis Pavilion. We can organize individual or groups lessons (at an additional cost), tournaments, or just someone to hit a few balls with. If you'd like to 'rage against the machine', we also have an automated ball machine available.

Water Ski

We can organize a boat (weather dependent) for any skiing and wakeboarding needs. The best ski area is on the west side of Prickly Pear Island, less than a 5-minute boat ride from Moskito Island. An extra charge will apply
