Number of Rooms: 29

29 guest suites, bungalows and three bedroom villas. Suites (650 sq ft / 65 m2) are located in two two-floor buildings near pool area. Six Manti bungalows (800 sq ft / 80 m2) are in the pool area with garden views, five Ninta bungalows are beachfront. Both three bedroom villas are beachfront. All rooms with A/C, Smart TVs, dual sinks, rainshowers. Modern interior design with large windows and spectacular views.

650 sq. ft., ideal for families or couples. Four suites in each building, two on ground level with terraces, two on top floor with balconies. One King or Two Queen beds plus two trundle twin size beds. Views of the pool and gardens. Sleeps up to four guests.
Ninta Beachfront Bungalow

Unique beachfront bungalows, as close to the sand as legally possible in Costa Rica. 800 sq. ft. (80 m2) stand alone units featuring private 10 x 10 plunge pools (3.5 x 3.5 mt.) and ample terraces with hammocks. Indoor / outdoor showers, one king bed, large bathrooms. Breathtaking ocean and sunset views from your bed! Signature in-room services include private breakfasts and dinners in terrace. Sleeps two.
Manti Garden View Bungalow

Bungalows with direct views and access to the mail hotel pool, but with complete privacy. 800 sq. ft. (80 m2) stand alone units featuring private 10 x 10 plunge pools (3.5 x 3.5 meters) and ample terraces with hammocks. Indoor / outdoor showers, one king bed, large bathrooms. Stunning garden views from your bed! Signature in-room services include private breakfasts and dinners in terrace. Sleeps two.
Three Bedroom Beachfront Villas

Nantipa's two three-bedroom beachfront villas feature a fully equipped kitchen with open floor design that integrates the dining and living spaces. Ample terraces and a large private pool, steps away from the beach. Ocean views and in suite bathrooms in every bedroom. Bed configurations feature two king bedded rooms and one two-queen bed room. Concierge services available at the villas upon request.

Open air restaurant and al fresco dining with beach and ocean views. Local traditional recipes prepared by Costa Rican Chef Pedro Cajas and his group. Catch of the date and sustainable sourcing of ingredients that are produced locally provide an authentic beach experience. Some favorites include the Ceviche menu, catch of the day, grill nights, arroz con mariscos, patacones, and for dessert, flan de coco, tres leches and churros.
