  These spacious 400 sq ft Family Guestrooms are the perfect retreat for the traveling family and include a comfortable seating area for even more space with a queen-sized sofa bed. Designed with thoughtful touches, the family rooms offer a luxurious experience for the whole family.
• Executive Club Guestrooms

  A sophisticated space decorated in a New England inspired palette with modern conveniences that luxury travelers have to come expect. Executive Club Guestrooms are 400 sq ft and appointed with comfortable seating areas, perfect for unwinding. Executive Club Guestrooms also grant complimentary access to our Langham Club.

  The multi-level Loft Suites feature a living area and powder room on the main level and a full bath and master bedroom on the second level, offering the ultimate in space and comfort. These 500 sq ft residential styled suites have brass-embossed oversized windows with views of Franklin Street. Loft Suites also grant complimentary access to our Langham Club.
• One Bedroom Suite

  An oversized master bedroom and marble-clad bathroom offer a luxurious space to unwind. The One Bedroom Suite is 800 sq ft and complete with a separate parlor area featuring bespoke furnishings. One Bedroom Suites also grant complimentary access to our Langham Club.
