The cleanliness, availability and crew were simply the best. They were there to make sure your trip was the best. The only con is that NCL parks further away from some Alaskan cities and requires bus transportation to get into town. It takes away from some of your shore time so plan accordingly.

Specialty dining food hot. Local restaurant food hot. I didn't care for the format of aa"The Republic, food good" Manhattan, Savor and Taste food good, not highly seasoned. Food could have been hotter in those three restaurants. Fun activities on deck 6,with travelers interacting. great music and song choices. Loved loved Jersey Boys.

We had a good time vising Alaska. It's our third trip. We took our daughter this time and she had a blast. I know there is a lot that goes into the ships planning the port itinerary however, I wish we had also stopped in Skagway. When we stopped in Ketchikan, the time was so short it was almost not worth getting off the ship. We didn't have time to do any excursions. We barely had time to walk the town and back to the ship. Also, our ship was all the way to Berth 4 while Princess and Holland got Berth 1-3. If that's how it'll be then, next time I'll cruise with them. I didn't like that I had to take that long of a bus ride into town. When it was time to board it was horrible. We had to wait in the rain for 30-45 min just to get back on the buses. Our drivers were wonderful though. I also didn't like that we got to BC Canada at 8 p.m. A lot of shops were closed and we were literally rushed through the town and back to the ship again. These are the things I would have liked to seen be better.

Not happy about the entertainment, comedians on board only did 18 plus shows and only in the club. No show in the theater. Overload on Beatles. Food in the specialty restaurants was good, just so-so in the MDR. If you are a single person, forget getting bar server. Had to go to the bar every time

We took our first cruise on the Norwegian bliss and did an Alaskan cruise. Had the best time. We all said several times how wonderful and accommodating and ALWAYS happy the staff was on the cruise. The cruise ship has way more on it than you could possibly see/do! Only negative would be, you will come home a few pounds heavier(at least) with all the delicious food and drinks on the ship. Would book through them in a heartbeat!!

We've been on other cruise lines. Having staff being more personable with passengers is very important to us. To do special things for the people you help. I also feel like when I go on cruises, I don't enjoy fighting with children sleeping in adult areas where we would like to sit and enjoy a cocktail. There were too many children on this cruise. Not enough entertainment to choose from. When we went to other restaurants, we found that the only thing different was the atmosphere. I know we will not be using Norwegian again. I was disappointed with the cruise line itself. I really thought that Norwegian was a more upscale cruise line.

The ship is immaculate and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The food at the Garden Cafe is delicious and the presentation is nice. They have a huge selection of all kinds of foods, desserts, appetizers, etc. They are so efficient throughout the ship ..cannot say enough of the beauty of the ship and the wonderful staff. Everyone works so hard and they do it with a smile and a heart always willing to help. I loved my experience on this cruise ship and I will definitely be recommending it to my family and friends.

I think the meat was sous vide and frozen so when I ordered medium rare steak the middle part looked like its been boiled. Also, the scrambled eggs they served for breakfast were still runny. The towels need to be washed very well. One bath towel we got still has a make-up stain on it. And drying yourself with it felt like sandpaper!

Allergy restrictions were not addressed. I was suppose to pre order my meals and no follow through on procedure in the dining rooms. Only on the last night. Didn’t have much on meal options in GF. Only sliced sandwich bread available which was dismal. Sailed last year on Epic. No problems there. I had multiple bread options, could choose my entree for dinner and desserts like everyone else. It was like they were clueless which caused a lot of anxiety.

My wife and I had a wonderful time on the Bliss. Kerry Tice of Enticing Tours did a fantastic job making this cruise a complete success. We would recommend Kerry Tice for your next complete successful cruise. The staff on the Bliss were friendly and helpful. You can not go wrong cruising on the Bliss.

We had a nice trip to Alaska on the Bliss. The Haven areas are wonderful - areas to lounge around, bar, dining, pool, hot tubs, staff. I would prefer that games, trivia were not set up in the Atrium. It makes it difficult to walk around the area when popular events are going on. I would like to see a separate line for Haven/suites at the guest services area (not everything can be handled by the concierge) I would like it if the Haven 2 bedroom suite was set up for 2 people in each area (rather than 2, 3, 1)

The Haven experience was exceptionally luxurious, pampering and comfortable. I did not want to leave the Haven Environment... Very relaxing! Room stewardess, Butler and Concierge Desk, welcoming and attentive. The Haven Specialty Restaurant had excellent service, the food tasty was very well prepared. Good selection for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. However I Would have like to see more choices or alternating menus.

We spent alot of time on the observation deck, the views were the best from there. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, our favorite was the Teppenyaki grill and Maltings bar. Lots of onboard entertainment, the shows in the atrium were fun to watch, most of the crew are very personable, and are eager to answer questions. The ship is newer, and the crew does a great job of keeping it looking that way

Very disappointing cruise. Reservation system didn’t always work. Customer service extremely rude. Everything was to run off of app, which never worked right. Staff was not rude but not friendly either. Food was ok and over priced. Water was an extra charge. Really felt like you were on Carnival Cruise lines. Several of the bars/venues were always closed for private events. Ship is large but felt small.

Excellent food. Ship decor was bland. Issues with reserving shows, etc. too burdensome to have to reserve so many things. Paid tour of ship was not very good and did not even go to bridge or other technical areas of ship. Guys were disappointed with this.

We loved the ship. The food in all of the dining rooms and the buffet was terrific. It was very easy to find a table in the garden cafe. The observation lounge is gorgeous. We were able to make reservations for several shows upon boarding the ship. We really enjoyed all the shows. The silent disco was lots of fun. The service was excellent. I would definitely take another cruise on this ship.

Since paying the price for a suite, it would be nice to have an adjustable bed. They are more comfortable than regular beds and provide for easier reading, watching tv, or just relaxing. Our butler, Babalawah, was a complete gem. She was always friendly and accommodating. She worked so hard providing intimate breakfasts and dinners on many of the days. Tommy, our room steward, was also wonderful and worked at keeping our room beautiful around our schedule. As Gold members, it was a fabulous trip that we will enjoy on Norwegian again in the near future.

Very nice ship that we would have enjoyed more on one of it's Caribbean cruises where we could have spent more time on our balcony, up on deck, and enjoying the slides. Truly, the crepe stations on the Epic and Escape had us excited and talking about crepes for months before this cruise. We were quite miffed that they don't make them in the Garden Cafe anymore so they can charge you $5 or more crepes down at Coco's. The staff was great.
