JULY

Wonderful experience on the beautiful Maria Theresa. Loved everything about it! So much attention to detail; what a great plus having the laundry room handy! Can’t say enough about it; will definitely do another uniglobe cruise!

AUGUST

Loved most everyone and everyone about the boat; however, I would recommend a few private tours on land if there are particular things you want to see and do. Some of the bus tours were generic and I felt like time was wasted, and I didn’t get to see some things I really wanted to see and do. Also, the weather was extremely hot and we sweated immensely on the excursions. Go in the fall or spring!

AUGUST

The staff goes above and beyond to meet your every need. The ship was super clean and beautiful. It was a real pleasure cruising with Uniworld!

JULY

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip on the SS Maria Theresa. The coziness off the ship and the family like feel with the staff made for a very enjoyable experience. Food was outstanding and we never felt that we were an inconvenience to the staff at any time. The Hotel manager new our names on the second day even though we had not talked with him. That showed a real commitment to customer service at the highest level. It is very difficult to be perfect and we would never expect that but we would have liked to have seen a better means of communication. Outside of the safety drill, they never utilized the intercom system and we were only receiving communication in a rushed pre dinner meeting on each day. I feel this could be done better with technology and better touch points. Overall, we loved the ship and the experience and would very much like to sail with Uniworld again.

MAY

A lot of cruises or resorts claim to be all-inclusive, but when you show up either they only meant certain items are included but others aren’t. Or maybe everything is included but that means the quality is lower. Not with Uniworld! Everything they did and had organized was such a great balance, which made it so restful and relaxing!

JUNE

I have never been treated with greater respect and consideration than on this ship. Our room was impeccable and the service was perfect. The meals offered a great variety of delicious fresh and prepared foods. The staff in the dining room was attentive to our every need. Getting on and off the ship was well managed at each port. We enjoyed our time wandering as much as we did the organized tours. We especially enjoyed some of the easy time traveling along the Danube and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

An amazing adventure!

APRIL

This was our first river cruise and based on our wonderful experience it will not be our last!!

DECEMBER

We needed thermal underwear as it was really cold but once bundled up, it was fine. Only had rain on the last day in Budapest and I think that would have been one of the best markets due to more items being hand crafted. Given it was advertised as "Xmas Markets" I think letting us know how big the markets were and giving enough time to really explore them at each port would have been helpful...and allowing us to see them at night with all the lights on would be great!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on this cruise. The staff was great, the service beyond expectations, and the food was wonderful. They cater to your every need.
