Our previous sailings have been with Viking and in the future we will consider Tauck first. Our hotel stay in Paris was very luxurious, and we throughly enjoyed our cooking class at Cordon Bleu. Once on the boat, the Tauck staff and Emerald crew were fantastic. The ship is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed meeting and dining with the other guests. Excursions were varied and most interesting. Efforts were made on ship for activities, and the menus were varied and delicious.

When we asked about changing our room, we were told there would be an up charge of 150 euros. Not acceptable !!

We have utilized Tauck for many years and started with them at the recommendation of our travel agent Whirlaway Travel after a disastrous experience with another company. This was our eighth Tauck trip with number nine scheduled for October of this year. While we have looked at other vendors I cannot think of any reason to change unless there was someplace we really really wanted to go to that Tauck did not offer. We have several bucket list trips to go which as far as we can anticipate I They will be with Tauck.
