Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Crystal. I wish there was a quick, casual option for dinner but other than that all the amenities were on par or better than other cruise lines. Excellent staff and customer service. We did have a minor negative experience with specialty dining, but everything else far exceeded that experience.

<div>Crystal has outdone themselves with the redesign since A&K took it over. The staff was amazing, the staterooms are larger, no obstructive views from any room. EVERY room category has a butler and room attendant. You receive canapés in your room every day, anywhere from 4pm-5. There is a high tea in the Palm Court every day at 3:30. The food was exceptional, along with the entertainment. An abundance of activities were available on the Days at Sea. I can't say enough positive things about the redesigned Crystal Serenity.</div>

Crystal offers an exceptional experience at sea. The restaurants offer superb dining, the staff is very welcoming, the entertainment is world class. Our iPhone photo class was taught by an Emmy Award film producer. Our class on the US presidential race was given by a Pulitzer Prize winning White House correspondent. The entire staff enjoy working together as a family to give you an unforgettable ship-board experience. For example, our Tunisian bartender is the son of a bartender who told the fellow to be the very best bartender he could be, and he will be well rewarded. Ali took this to heart and worked on a few ships before he found Crystal. This summer he is participating in an international bartender contest in Turin. Who ever knew such a thing existed? Crystal also retains loyal staff. After the covid bankruptcy over 80% rejoined the company to continue their careers.

<div>There is nothing like a World Cruise, especially on a Luxury Ship like the Crystal Serenity. The cruise was 141 days of pure bliss! Although the itinerary had to be changed because of the trouble in the Middle East, we took it in stride. The ship has been re-sized to accommodate only 740 passengers, but the public rooms remained unchanged. You never stood in a line! The crew was always going out of their way to anticipate your needs. The Officers were always very visible and available for a conversation.</div>
